Study Song AI is an AI-powered educational platform that generates custom songs based on user inputs. The Service includes:

• AI-generated educational songs based on subject matter, style, and difficulty preferences
• Personal song library for storing and managing generated content
• Credit-based payment system for song generation
• User account management and preferences

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

4.1 Credit System

• The Service operates on a credit-based system
• Each song generation typically requires 1 credit
• New users receive 3 free song generations
• Additional credits can be purchased through our payment plans

4.2 Pricing and Plans

• Individual Song: $0.99 (1 credit)
• Student Pack: $9.99 (15 credits)
• Creator Pack: $19.99 (35 credits)
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

4.3 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Payment is due immediately upon purchase
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases

4.4 Credit Usage and Expiration

• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
• Credits are consumed upon successful song generation
• Failed generations do not consume credits

4.5 Refunds and Cancellations

• All purchases are generally final and non-refundable
• Refunds may be considered for technical issues preventing service use
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion

5.1 Content Generation

• Songs are generated using artificial intelligence based on your inputs
• Generated content may not always meet your exact expectations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated content
• Content generation is subject to AI model limitations and availability

5.2 Ownership and License

• You retain rights to your input prompts and preferences
• Generated songs are provided under a personal use license
• You may use generated songs for educational and personal purposes
• Commercial use of generated content requires explicit permission

5.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to generate content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Promotes discrimination, violence, or illegal activities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from harmful components

10.2 AI Content Disclaimers

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or inappropriate material
• We do not endorse or validate the content of generated songs
• Users are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content
• Generated content should not be relied upon for critical decisions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
• Damages resulting from service interruptions or errors
• Damages from third-party content or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13.1 Termination by You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits
• Your generated content may be deleted upon account termination

13.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate or suspend accounts for Terms violations
• We may terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior
• We will provide reasonable notice when possible

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, please contact us at support@studysongai.com to attempt to resolve any disputes informally.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Study Song AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Study Song AI regarding the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.3 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
